mushiki is a family run Australian business that creates chef quality gyoza.


sitting in a bar in Japan the idea was born to create restaurant quality gyoza prepared with honest fresh produce.


at mushiki, we are committed to using local sustainable ingredients in our gyoza such as australian prawns, free range pork, wagyu beef, free range chicken, and locally farmed duck.


mushiki dumplings are made to share and are an ideal starter / canape for any occasion.
