The journey for founders Hayden and Amanda began in a small and welcoming bar in Tokyo, Japan where they discovered authentic homestyle gyoza. Named after the Japanese word for bamboo steamer, Mushiki have been making chef quality gyoza dumplings since 2011. Mushiki dumplings are hand-made fresh each day using local sustainable ingredients with no added MSG.
