Recipe ingredients

40g of dried chili flakes

1 tablespoon of Sichuan peppercorns

6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

3-4 stalks of spring onions, chopped into 2-inch pieces

1 tablespoon of sugar

2 teaspoons of salt

500ml of oil (neutral oil like vegetable or peanut)

Method

Combine all dry ingredients as specified.

  1. Pour hot oil of your choice to the mixture! 

  2. Mix well for the best flavour 🔥

  3. For the dipping sauce, add 2 tbsp of soy sauce & 1 tbsp of chilli oil for the perfect kick of flavour for your gyoza. 

  4. Dip in & enjoy!
